January 2024 – Classical massage diploma, Myos Opleidingen, Udenhout

3, 5 months schooling

During the theoretical part of this accredited program I have gained a deep knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the human body, benefits of a massage and the importance of the contraindications. During the practical lessons I was taught all the classical massage techniques which are needed for a relaxing or for a vitalizing treatment.

January 2024 – Chair massage course, Anand Opleidingen, Nijmegen

2 days course

During this course I learned how to give independently a short but effective pressure point shiatsu chair massage to prevent work-related diseases and symptoms of stress.

March 2024 – Headache relief massage course, Kiom Opleidingen, Eindhoven

Half day course

During this course I was thought specific techniques which can loosen tense muscles, reduce stress and tension headache complaints.

January 2025 - Wellness massage diploma, Myos Opleidingen, Utrecht

7 specializations

The training consisted of seven different specializations: Hotstone massage; Lomilomi massage basic & LomiLomi massage deepening; Bamboo massage; Indian head massage; Facial massage; Foot-and lower leg massage. 
During the massage courses, both the body and the muscles were massaged with a focus on well-being.

May 2025 – Headache; massage and therapy, Myos Opleidingen, Udenhout

One-day course

During this specialization a practical classification was made of headache types and the mixed forms. The focus lied on diagnostics, treatment and practicing various mobilization techniques.
